The difference is that private lending comes from private investors is not bank funding or credit lines. Private money lenders offer more flexibility than hard money lenders because we do not need to meet a bank’s requirements. We fund real estate investment deals that most hard money lenders will not.

One Close Fix to Rent
It is like getting two loans for the price of one. It begins as a short-term loan, then converts to a long-term loan after 12 months (Texas Only).
- Months 1-12: Short Term Rate
- Months 12+: Converts to a 20 or 30 year ARM or a 20 year fixed rate at a competitive rate based on the long-term loan you qualify for
- One time processing fee of 5%
- A TRUE one time close
